🎧 Try it before you listen to episode 01.
Listen to the instructions here:
What you need
Two sheets of different coloured paper (ideally one pinky-red and the other bright green).
Two glasses of the same lemonade.
A matching straw in each glass.
What to do
Put one glass on each sheet of coloured paper.
Use the straw to drink out of each one, focusing on the paper colour as you drink.
What can you taste each time?
Can you feel your brain focus on the different flavour profiles that match each paper colour?
